Construction Worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety standards are met, and contributing to the successful completion of building and infrastructure tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up equipment and materials Carry out manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times Support skilled tradespeople in executing their tasks effectively Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency Adhere to project timelines and communicate progress or issues to supervisors Qualifications Physical ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long durations Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not required Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is preferred Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is a plus Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
