R&D Program & Grants Lead

DUTIES
R&D Program Management
Develop integrated program plans and monitor experimental progress, with a focus on quality, data integrity, and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate multiple early-R&D activities, including, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
Align program execution with the company's R&D and business objectives.
Prepare executive presentations, program updates, and decision support materials.
Maintain organized records of experiments, reports, and decisions.
Help to facilitate recurring meetings and prepare for ad hoc meetings.
Proactively identify risks/mitigations and resolve technical or operational issues.
Ensure alignment and communication across stakeholders.
Grants & External Partnerships
Contribute to both scientific aspects and internal grant-writing/submission activities and bridge internal leadership with external partners.
Identify relevant funding opportunities.
Contribute to funding proposal writing.
Facilitate internal reviews.
Manage assigned external relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
Advanced degree in the biological, medical, or health sciences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple projects.
Good understanding of experimental design and data analysis.
Experience writing grant applications.
Proactive, self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Good interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
Pay: $15.00 - $55.00 per hour
