Job Title: Business Management Analyst (CIB)Location: Remote (USA) - Must work New York (EST) business hoursDuration: 12 MonthsRole OverviewWe are seeking a Business Management Support Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to support Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) business management functions. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, budget monitoring, and executive-level communication to support strategic decision-making and operational oversight.This is a remote role within the USA, aligned with New York (EST) business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data analysis and database management to support business initiatives.Develop, maintain, and automate budget control dashboards.Design and manage project tracking dashboards, including workflows and implementation follow-ups.Prepare executive-level presentations with clear insights, metrics, and summaries for senior stakeholders.Build and maintain reports and visualizations using Power BI and Excel.Track KPIs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project alignment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation. Required Skills & Experience3-4 years of experience in business management support, data analysis, or related roles.Strong understanding of database management and data analysis concepts.Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for querying, analysis, and automation.Advanced Excel skills, including:Data modelingComplex formulasPivot tablesAutomation and reportingHands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations.Experience in budget tracking, project monitoring, and dashboard development.Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Nice to HaveExperience in financial services or banking domain.Prior exposure to CIB or large enterprise environments.Experience working with global or distributed teams.
