Job Title: Machine OperatorDepartment:ProductionReports To: Production SupervisorEmployment Type: Full TimeShift: 12 hour Day, 5am -5pm, Thurs to SatPay Rate Range: $19.00 - $22.00/ hourLocation: Loveland, COFLSA Status: Non-ExemptRevision Date: 03/04/2026Application Deadline: Ongoing until filledResponsibilities And DutiesSet up and operate machines according to production specificationsMonitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistencyPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machineryFollow all safety, conduct and attendance rulesFollow assigned work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goalsAccurately enter information into production systemsInspect materials, products, and/or equipment to detect defects or malfunctionsMonitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operations conform to production or processing standardsConsistently follow specifications, job orders, and company policies and proceduresEnsure your work area is in compliance with safety and sanitation regulationsQualifications and SkillsHigh school graduate with minimum of 1 yr direct industrial experience is preferredMechanical aptitudeAbility to efficiently multi-taskMust be a team-playerMust be self-motivatedMust be detail orientedPhysical & Environmental RequirementsRequired to talk, hear, stand and walkRequired to stand on your feet to work for several hours at a timeRequired to correctly & safely lift, move, sort, place & carry objects weighing up to 50 lbsRequired to use hands and fingers, to handle or feel, grasp, reach, lift, push and pullOccasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The production environment is typical of many indoor manufacturing facilities. This is a “Safety First” facility P.P.E. gear is mandatory with no exceptions. The noise generated within the facility is moderate but sometimes using certain equipment may require hearing protection.
