We're currently seeking a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative care team-someone who's passionate about helping others and committed to clinical excellence.Position SummaryAs a Physical Therapy Assistant at Adena, you'll play a key role in delivering direct care to a diverse patient population. Working closely under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you'll help implement individualized treatment plans that address orthopedic, neurologic, developmental, and cognitive challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care based on the Physical Therapist's plan of careAssist patients in achieving mobility, strength, and functional goals through therapeutic interventionsMonitor and report patient progress, challenges, and response to treatmentMaintain timely, accurate documentation and support regulatory complianceCollaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomesUphold professionalism, safety, and ethical standards in every interactionQualificationsRequired Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programRequired Licensure & Certifications:Current Ohio PTA License or eligibility to obtainCPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certificationValid Ohio Driver's License and proof of insurancePreferred Experience: 1-2 years of experience in direct patient care (consideration given to new grads with strong clinical skills)Background in orthopedic, neurologic, developmental, or cognitive rehabilitation is a plus.Why Join Us?At our health system, we are more than just a team - we are a community that values integrity, professional growth, and collaboration.
