Senior Consultant (IT/OT) – Smart Buildings, Lab & Portfolio EnvironmentRole at a glanceRole: Senior Consultant – Technical Subject Matter Expert (IT/OT)Location: On-site, New York, NY Environment: Live corporate site + smart building technology labCompensation: Base salary $135,000 - $175,000 (dependent on experience)Element Six is supporting a specialist IT/OT delivery partner in the smart buildings space on a Senior Smart Building Consultant hire in New York.It is an owner-side technical seat supporting both a live corporate environment and a smart building lab that acts as a proving ground for technologies before they are rolled out more widely.You will work across BAS/BMS, metering, lighting controls, sensors, workplace technologies, and the IT and low-voltage infrastructure that sits behind them. The focus is on ensuring systems are properly deployed, integrated, tested, and operationalized in real environments.The right person for this role still enjoys getting into the details.
