Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dayforce Payroll System Implementation Lead, based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Implementation Lead will oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Dayforce Payroll System, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements and payroll regulations. Responsibilities include configuring the system, conducting testing, managing payroll operations, troubleshooting issues, running payroll processes, and liaising with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows. The role requires a hands-on approach, a strong understanding of payroll functions, and excellent organizational skills to ensure successful system deployment. Qualifications Expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll ProcessingKnowledge in handling Garnishments and managing Payroll TaxesExperience in Payroll Services, ensuring accuracy and complianceStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailFamiliarity with Dayforce or similar payroll systems is highly preferredAbility to work efficiently in a hybrid setting and collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related fieldProven experience in implementing payroll systems is a significant advantage
