The selected engineer will be responsible for multiple tasks within requirements and verification for STT. The engineer will be responsible for performing tasks dealing with requirements identification, review, allocation, integrated test planning, verification planning, and requirements traceability.Core ResponsibilitiesIdentify, analyze, review, and refine system‑level requirements in partnership with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and the customerAllocate requirements to test teams (lab, ground, flight) and keep Integrated Test Plans/Verification Plans currentDocument verification needs, develop verification artifacts, generate requirement‑verification reports, and manage approval workflowsCreate and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for test tools and facilitiesCollaborate across disciplines—mechanical, software, test, and program management—to gain end‑to‑end insight into the Sentinel missile and Northrop Grumman processesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience, or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree.Must be a U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope (< 6 yrs), with an ability to obtain and maintain SAP approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need.Familiarity with the Systems Engineering process and test‑engineering practicesPreferred QualificationsHands‑on test‑engineering or test‑execution workSystems Engineering experience on aerospace or defense programsProficiency with requirements‑management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS)In scope (
