Requirements Experience 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 18 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the past 3 years. References Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role Certifications BLS (Required) RCIS (Required) Vaccinations Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Additional Information Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Cath Lab Rad Tech - impella, IABP, peripherals, IVUS, etc. Unit/Facility Details: Parking Fees: $10 a month Special Requests: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday. On call. 1-2 nights per week and when its their weekend 0-1 days per week and the weekend is Friday through Monday. Weekends: Call in Only-1-2 nights per week and when its their weekend 0-1 days per week and the weekend is Friday through Monday.
