You will be required to work from diagrams and drawings, use jigs, hand and/or power tools. You will need to make continuity checks on work in process and completed. In some cases, you may be required to disassemble, modify, rework, and/or reassemble products according to Manufacturing Engineering instructions.Responsibilities for this role are not limited to the following: Reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams to determine the appropriate components and assembly procedures. Building up Racks, such as placing assets in the correct locations and wire up according to customer specifications. Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety. Following all safety procedures and guidelines to minimize the risk of injury. Meeting production goals and quotas while maintaining high levels of quality. Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other team members to solve production problems and improve processes. Experience working with Performance Management Teams (PMTs) to identify process improvements.
