We’re investing in innovation, expanding our therapy services, and creating a supportive clinical culture where expertise, creativity, and purpose come together.The HoursLocation: Wichita, KSHours: Monday - FridayFull time, Part time, or PRN Days The PositionThe Pediatric Occupational Therapist provides evidence-based occupational therapy services to children in an outpatient clinical setting. The OT evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-regulation, activities of daily living (ADLs), visual motor skills, feeding skills, and overall functional independence.This role partners closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to support developmental progress and improve quality of life for children with diverse pediatric therapy needs.Pediatric Occupational Therapy Evaluation & TreatmentConduct standardized and non-standardized occupational therapy evaluationsAssess sensory processing, fine motor development, self-help skills, visual motor integration, and functional performanceDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goalsProvide evidence-based interventions for children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, developmental delays, and neurodevelopmental disabilitiesAdapt treatment plans based on progress, outcomes, and family goalsFamily-Centered Care & CollaborationBuild strong relationships with children and caregiversEducate families on home exercise programs, sensory strategies, and developmental support techniquesCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and improve outcomesDocumentation & ComplianceComplete timely evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summariesMaintain accurate EMR documentation and data trackingEnsure compliance with state licensure requirements and clinical best practicesProfessional Development & Team CollaborationParticipate in ongoing training and continuing educationStay current with evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy practicesContribute to a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven clinical environmentThe BenefitsUp to $7,000 Sign-On BonusFlexible scheduling optionsCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageGenerous paid time offContinuing education stipendsProfessional growth and advancement pathwaysSupportive and innovative clinical cultureRequirementsQualificationsLicensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligibility for licensure requiredDegree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program2 years of pediatric clinical experience requiredExperience with autism spectrum disorder, sensory integration, feeding therapy, or developmental disabilities preferredStrong communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skillsPassion for helping children and families thrive
