You'll work closely with various departments to help build content calendars, capture content, and develop fresh, creative ideas that align with client strategies.This position is perfect for recent graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in digital content creation who are eager to grow their skills in a supportive and innovative environment. We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life while working nimbly, flexibly, and within budget.RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and produce digital assets (graphics, videos, and social media posts).Collaborate with team members to understand content planning and assist on asset creation against deadlinesConduct research on current trends and competitor content for brainstorming sessions, delivering monthly social trend reports for internal teamSupport team in capture content against creative conceptsWork within content development tools like Canva, CapCut, and in-platform editing features for simple content editing.EXPERIENCE:1-2 years of experience in social media or content creation (internships acceptable).Basic knowledge of social media best practices and engagement strategies.Well-versed with social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and their marketing landscapes.Skilled in Canva and CapCut design platforms; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.ADDITIONAL SKILLS:Creative and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.Willingness to learn and lean into social media best practicesOpenness towards constructive feedbackAbility to multitask and cross-prioritize across various projects for different brands and strategies.APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:Include a digital portfolio link in your resume showcasing experience in content creation, video production, and motion graphics.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:This job description reflects the anticipated duties of the position; however, responsibilities may evolve and change as business dictates.This position is a temporary position with the goal of extending into full time within three months.
