**Title:** Supervisor, Avionics**Location:** United States-Florida-Miami-Miami- Aircraft Services**Job Number:** 18185SUMMARYThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and will coordinate efforts with production teams in order to achieve the planned work and production goals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate Operations activities between hangars.Coordinate Operations activities between shifts.Perform hangar audits.Provide technical support as required.Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions.Ensure overall customer satisfaction.Travel may be required.All other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required. Must possess a current and active FAA A&P License.
