Marketing Operations & Hospitality Coordinator
Overview
We're seeking a Marketing Operations & Hospitality Coordinator that will coordinate and execute the scheduling, contracting and administration of host and preferred hotel contracts and relationships for Goodguys events, and will book all air travel and rental cars for company staff traveling to Goodguys events and ancillary events that Goodguys participates in.
This role will also assist with developing and maintaining communications and relationships with local CVB contacts, work with marketing department to take advantage of all available CVB marketing opportunities, assist with and in some cases lead the coordination, administration, and fulfillment of Goodguys' national Rodder’s Rep’ volunteer program, and will coordinate the ordering, auditing and fulfillment of the Goodguys annual Awards programs.
Additionally, the Marketing Operations & Hospitality Coordinator will also be responsible for various marketing-related administrative duties as needed including database management, file organization and inter-company communications, as well as assisting with the coordination and execution of various grassroots and promotional marketing operations efforts and other marketing operations related projects and administrative tasks as necessary.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and book all staff air travel and rental cars for Goodguys events and ancillary events Goodguys participates in.
Maintain communications and relationships with local CVB marketing contacts and work with marketing to take advantage of all available marketing opportunities.
Assist with the coordination, administration, and fulfillment of the the Goodguys national Rodder’s Rep’ volunteer program.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Event Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
Minimum 3 years of Event Marketing & Hospitality experience.
Must be able to travel to up to (10) events annually.
Exceptional organization skills a must.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills a must.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be able to work occasional weekends.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
