The company donates 10% of its profits to the Lionheart Foundation, reflecting its mission-driven culture and commitment to giving back.Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX, responsible for driving growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. This role includes prospecting and generating leads through calls, emails, networking, and local outreach to organizations that may benefit from commercial cleaning services. The representative will schedule and conduct discovery meetings, present service offerings, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations in collaboration with leadership. Daily activities include maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, updating CRM records, and following up consistently to move opportunities through the sales cycle. The role also involves gathering market and competitor insights, partnering with operations to ensure smooth service transitions for new clients, and representing Give Clean at local events or industry functions as needed.QualificationsProven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including prospecting, cold outreach, and handling inbound inquiries.Strong Sales and Business Development capabilities with experience managing a pipeline and closing new business.Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional writing, and effective presentation abilities.Prior experience selling services (B2B preferred), ideally in commercial cleaning, facilities services, or a related industry.Comfort working on-site in Fort Worth, TX, with the ability to visit prospective client locations as needed.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools.Ability to collaborate with operations and leadership teams while working independently to meet goals and deadlines.High level of integrity, reliability, and a community-minded mindset aligned with Give Clean’s mission of giving back.High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
