Full Stack Developer

Pay Rate: ～$64/hr (x 2080hr = ～133K/year) Description This role involves end-to-end ownership of software development / bugfix across backend services and frontend web portals. It requires proficiency in multiple technologies and platforms to deliver high-quality features, fix defects, and optimize performance. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and maintenance of applications, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across backend services and frontend interfaces. Deliver timely hotfixes and enhancements for web platforms, including localization and UI/UX improvements. Develop and maintain scalable backend APIs and responsive frontend components using modern frameworks and languages. Enhance logging, monitoring, and performance tuning across the full technology stack. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to coordinate code merges, deployments, and release cycles. Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines. Support automation by integrating testing, monitoring, and deploying tools to improve development workflows. Validate fixes and features in staging environments, assisting with data setup and environment configuration as needed. Maintain high code quality standards, adhering to best practices for security, performance, and maintainability across all layers of the stack.
