Job Description: We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a passion for the construction industry to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our construction company to facilitate the sale of our custom-built homes. You will have the opportunity to expand your sales portfolio while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Showcase our custom-built homes to prospective buyers, highlighting unique features and craftsmanship. - Utilize your knowledge of the local sales market to assist clients in making informed decisions. - Attend Home Shows and other community events to generate leads and promote our properties. - Collaborate with our construction team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the construction process.
