Job Summary We're seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to collaborate on creating visually stunning designs that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand identity. Essential Job Functions - Assist in the design and production of various marketing materials, including digital and print assets, packaging, displays, sales materials, social media graphics, swag and more. - Assist with social media and digital marketing strategies - Collaborate with the creative team to develop on-brand visual concepts and execute designs that captivate and engage. - Contribute fresh ideas and concepts to brainstorming sessions, helping to shape the visual direction of projects. - Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback, ensuring high-quality and consistent visuals. - Manage creative marketing projects, including partnering with internal and external creative partners, and execute the project or creative project from concept to implementation to post analysis. - Source third party resources as needed, including but not limited to print vendors, etc. - Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and best practices to continually enhance your skills. Experience/Training/Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic/Art Design or related discipline - 2+ years of experience working in graphic design - A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and ability to work with various design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Experience with and an understanding of packaging design and manufacturing Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. - A passion for cannabis culture and a keen interest in the evolving cannabis industry (previous experience in the industry is a plus but not required). - A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow. - Must be 21+ What We Offer: - An opportunity to contribute to an exciting and rapidly growing industry. - A collaborative and creative work environment that values innovation. - Room for professional development and growth within the company. - Competitive compensation package and benefits.
