This role serves as the central point of contact for customers, field professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely scheduling, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts with strong attention to detail.We are looking for a friendly and outgoing person to be able to perform duties such as managing a multi-line phone system, managing field pro schedules, ordering equipment, pulling permits, data entry, invoicing, filing, timecards, and following up with customers, and helping with special projects for managers and owners.Qualifications: *Service Titan Experience a Plus*Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service management software is a plusProficiency in scheduling, email communication, and data entryKnowledge of Microsoft programsStrong organizational, attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:To adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, fingers, handle controls, hear, and talk. Individuals may need to sit at a desk or table for long periods of time. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Employees in an office environment may be required to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds depending on the position.
