We are looking for an Electrical instructorwho can train students in practical skills and theory for the electrical trade, focusing on safety, National Electrical Code (NEC), blueprint reading, and hands-on installation (residential/commercial/industrial), managing labs, mentoring students, maintaining equipment, and updating curriculum to prepare them for industry certification and employment.Core Skills & QualificationsExtensive field experience as an electrician (residential, commercial, industrial).Strong knowledge of electrical theory, codes (NEC), and installation methods.Excellent communication, mentorship, and leadership abilities.Ability to adapt teaching styles to different learners.Work Environment* Vocational schools, community colleges, or trade training centers.* Combination of classroom, lab, and potentially on-site training.
