Maintenance Technician
Job Overview
We are a growing property management company seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties. This role is hands-on and covers the full spectrum of property maintenance—from routine repairs to urgent issues and everything in between.
Responsibilities
This position includes, but is not limited to:
Performing general maintenance and repairs on residential units and common areas
Plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixture replacement, water heaters)
Basic electrical work (outlets, switches, fixtures, troubleshooting)
Drywall repair, patching, painting, and trim work
Appliance repair and replacement
HVAC troubleshooting and basic repairs.
Unit turns between tenants, including repairs under tight timelines
Responding to maintenance requests and emergency calls as needed
Diagnosing problems independently and completing repairs efficiently
Working in occupied units and interacting professionally with tenants
Dealing with dirty, unpleasant, or unsanitary conditions when necessary
Carrying tools, materials, and equipment; lifting up to 50 lbs
Working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Following safety procedures and company maintenance standards
Requirements
Experience in Multi-Family Property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Some knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance practices.
Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to use computer software to track tasks, will train.
Reliable transportation.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
