The successful candidate will be responsible for project leadership and execution, owning budgets, schedules, and performance metrics, and ensuring the integration of construction best practices and safety plans. Additionally, the role involves pre-construction and planning activities, execution oversight, and team building, as well as maintaining client relations throughout the project lifecycle. Applicants for the Chief Construction Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years' in mission-critical or data center delivery. A background in high-growth environments, particularly with startups or innovative infrastructure firms, is highly valued. The role requires a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, as well as a deep understanding of project controls, scheduling software, and cost reporting tools. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a necessary qualification.
