Role: Project Manager(Enterprise Integration- JDE, IBM AS/400 & Salesforce)Duration: Long term ContractLocation: Irvine, California(Hybrid- 3-4 Days/ Week in Office Setup) Note: We are looking for someone who has been part of Oracle fusion implementation/Cloud ERP Implementation and managed the integration to boundary systems Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex enterprise integration projects involving boundary systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE), IBM AS/400, and Salesforce. This role requires strong expertise in managing cross-functional teams, system integrations, and stakeholder communication across business and IT.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of integration projects involving ERP, legacy, and cloud systemsManage integration between JDE, AS400, Salesforce, and other boundary applicationsDefine project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planningCoordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendorsEnsure seamless data flow across systems using APIs, middleware, or batch integrationsDrive requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment phasesIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactivelyMonitor project progress, budget, and quality metricsEnsure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standardsLed status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communicationTechnical Skills RequiredStrong understanding ofERP systems (JDE)Legacy systems (AS400 / RPG-based systems)CRM platforms (Salesforce)Experience with integration tools/middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs)Knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and system interfacesFamiliarity with cloud platforms and hybrid architectureProject Management SkillsProven experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologiesStrong expertise in project planning, estimation, and budgetingExperience managing large, distributed teamsAbility to handle multiple stakeholders across geographiesStrong risk and issue management capabilitiesPreferred CertificationsPMP / PRINCE2Certified Scrum Master (CSM)ITIL (good to have)Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementStrong leadership and decision-making skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to work under pressure in critical project phasesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related fieldMBA or HR specialization (preferred)PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage) Why join Sonata Software?
