At TransWest we believe our people are the key to making us successful on a daily basis, so we want to invest in you!Compensation: $25.00 - $25.50 / Hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonusPay range is inclusive of potential safety bonusBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance401k with matchingAnnual pay raisesQuarterly safety performance bonusesHoliday payUniforms providedPaid Time Off with increasing amounts based on your years of servicePaid DOT medical card & physicalsPaid training to receive Class B CDL with Passenger EndorsementResponsibilities:Transport business clients to and from scheduled routes safely and reliablyConduct daily vehicle safety checks on assigned vehicles and report any defects in a timely manner; complete all required operations documentation fully and accurately dailyCreate a welcoming environment and deliver seamless experience for corporate commutersMust be professional and safety mindedPerform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment and fuel equipment as necessaryProvide excellent customer service in every interactionMaintain vehicle cleanlinessRequirements:Must be at least 21 years of ageAcceptable Motor Vehicle RecordMust pass pre-employment DOT drug testAble to communicate proficiently in EnglishAble to work independently, yet be able to take directionAble to pass a criminal history background checkCurrent/Active DOT Medical Card (Can be obtained during hiring process)Paid CDL Training: TransWest offers current team members?paid training to get their Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement or add a Passenger Endorsement?to a current CDL license, so that you can grow your career as a bus driver.
