If you enjoy troubleshooting, learning how machines work, and taking responsibility for the entire process from start to finish, we want to meet you. This is NOT a basic operator role — it’s a technical development track with real advancement. What You’ll Do Start as a Machine Operator and progress toward Technician responsibilities, including: Performing machine set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers Troubleshooting during material changes and minor process issues Ensuring machines run safely, efficiently, and within quality standards Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving Assisting technicians during repairs and advanced adjustments Documenting downtime, scrap, and production data Maintaining effective communication with the team Who Thrives Here Mechanically minded individuals People who enjoy hands-on problem solving Candidates with plastics, extrusion, manufacturing, or machine experience (preferred) Those who want long-term growth into Process Tech and full Technician roles Individuals who take ownership and enjoy end-to-end responsibility Experience helps, but we also train the right people with strong technical aptitude.
