Position Details: Hospice & Palliative CarePractice Structure: Work also includes F2F and occasional pain/symptom management visits in patient homes, 100% Adult, 85% Geriatric; most patients retain their primary care provider. Outside specialists occasionally consult with patients (e.g. radiologists, cardiologists) Total hospice staff: approximately 90. RN, LPN, MSW, HospiceStart Date:As soon as credentialedDuration:On goingSchedule/Shift:Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PMWeekend Requirements: RotatingCall Requirements: NegotiableState License Required:Washington State LicensedBoard Certification Required:YES Additional Certification Required:DEA; will not need hospital privilegesTravel & Accommodations Provided:PAIDMalpractice Insurance Provided:PAIDCommunity: Just about any outdoor activity imaginable is easily accessible.
