Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bicycle Retail Sales and Online Fulfillment Associate at Sierra Motorcycle, Inc., located in Sparks, NV. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include handling online orders, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, updating inventory, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail and storage areas. Collaboration with team members and a focus on both in-store and online customers’ needs are critical aspects of this position. Qualifications Customer Service and Sales: Experience in retail sales and providing exceptional support to customers.Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management: Skills in processing online orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring accuracy in order delivery.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, the ability to actively listen, and a customer-centric attitude.Basic Bicycle Knowledge: Understanding of bicycles, components, and accessories, with a willingness to learn more about product offerings.Technical and Digital Skills: Familiarity with online retail platforms, POS systems, and basic computer skills.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light lifting, and assist with assembling and displaying bikes or accessories.Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Capacity to efficiently manage tasks, address challenges, and maintain an organized workspace.High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or related industry experience is a plus.
