Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Are you a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) eager to make a difference in the lives of others? Hi-Pointe Care Solutions is looking for skilled LPNs to join our compassionate team. We are currently seeking an LPN to care for a 1-year-old boy with dysphasia, hypotonia and an NG-Tube. Availability: Fri - Sun: 8 AM - 5 PM Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Conduct thorough evaluations, monitor the patient's condition, and report any changes or concerns promptly. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the medical team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records. Provide counseling, education, and support to patients and their families. Qualifications: Valid Virginia LPN license in good standing. Experience as an LPN, preferably in a clinical or home healthcare setting. Prior experience and proficiency with G-tubes. Pediatric experience is highly preferred. Strong understanding of nursing theories, practices, and procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
