We deliver superior services by taking great care of our consultants and attracting the best and brightest resources.Key Responsibilities:This role will report to the Director of Commercial Data Strategy and Operations and be responsible for the following:Oversee the management and problem resolution of a commercial data environment inclusive of: Commercial Data Warehouse (SnowFlake)CRM integrations (Veeva)3rd party applicationsData providers including the Hub and specialty pharmaciesTableau Reporting and Analytics PlatformManage small enhancement projects and ensure successful deploymentsOversee weekly vendor meetings to ensure problem tickets are resolvedReact and triage issues that arise either internally or externally with partnersProvide leadership in requirements definition and customer hierarchiesKey Position Requirements:BS in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science/Information Technology related field of study3-5 years IT or Commercial Business Analysis/Project Management experienceTechnical understanding of Commercial IT (Snowflake, Tableau, Veeva CRM, SFDC, and MDM)Must be able to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders,Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and be a self-motivated, proactive team playerMust demonstrate good documentation and presentation skillsTechnical skills to query Snowflake and review data structures
