Job Description Now Hiring: Irrigation Technician (Experienced Only)Based in the Treasure Valley | Competitive Pay | Full-TimeWe're looking for a highly skilled irrigation technician to join our team at Pro-Vision Landscape. This is not an entry-level role—we need someone who knows the trade, can work independently, and can troubleshoot, install, and repair systems with confidence.What You'll Do:Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues (leaks, pressure problems, controller malfunctions, etc.)Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems for both residential and commercial propertiesCommunicate with team leads, clients, and project managers as neededPerform spring start-ups, mid-season checks, and winter blowoutsHandle wiring, clocks/controllers, valves, zone mapping, drip systems, and backflowInstall complete systems from scratch, including trenching and layoutDocument work accurately and keep projects moving on scheduleMust-Have Experience:2+ years as a professional irrigation tech (this is not an entry-level position)Strong troubleshooting skills—especially with wiring and smart systemsKnowledge of brands like Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro , etc.Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to work independently and keep quality high, even under pressureStrong communication and conflict resolution skillsWhat you get!Year-round work (weather depending)Work with a team that respects you and gives you space to do your best workBe a part of a team that values communication, strong leadership, and learning from mistakesRoom to grow in multiple ways with the company as we expandA team that supports you, and leadership that respects effort and attitudeAPPLY NOW and join a company that values skill, consistency, and a job well done.
