This includes technical discovery, demo, POC and procurement. Solutions Engineers are vital to Snyk's ability to demonstrate value to both prospects and existing customers.### **What You'll Do:*** Work closely with our sales team to help them understand Snyk's products during the sales process.* Understand the basics of a customer's environment and Snyk's products.* Interface with our internal teams, such as engineering, product, and customer success, to understand and help address customer issues.* Learn about the maturity matrix at a conceptual level and how it contributes to the overall business strategy.* Gain hands-on experience by performing well-defined engineering tasks like coding, testing, and fixing bugs.### ### **What You Bring:*** Strong understanding of basic workflows and best practices in the developer and DevOps ecosystems.* Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action.* Ability to understand a customer's environment.* Good written and spoken communication skills.* A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and seek feedback### ### **It'd Be Awesome If You Also---*** Have hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern security tools.* Contribute to open-source or developer communities.* Love solving complex problems with a collaborative team.* Have a sense of humour - we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!#LI-WR1 *We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we've created and we value diversity - we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech.
