If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be part of a company that puts safety first, this is a solid opportunity with steady hours and real-world impact.What You'll Do:Assemble custom-built Heat Exchangers following mechanical drawings and work instructionsUse a variety of hand and power tools to build, fasten, and align components such as motors, props, and framesRead blueprints to ensure accuracy and proper fit of structural and drive componentsHandle fasteners and hardware with precision and careMaintain clear communication on job status and follow daily production schedulesKeep your work area organized and follow all safety rules and policiesWhat You Bring:Previous experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or a similar hands-on tradeSolid understanding of hand tools, measuring devices, and general shop practicesAbility to read diagrams or blueprints and work with minimal supervisionA focus on quality, reliability, and getting the job done rightComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periodsWork Environment:Manufacturing setting with exposure to dust, metal, noise, and heat—this is a hands-on job, not a desk positionFull PPE provided and required at all times (safety glasses, boots, hearing protection, etc.)Safety is at the core of everything we do—from day one, you'll be trained on proper procedures and expected to work with care for yourself and othersSchedule:Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PMOccasional overtime on Fridays based on production needsWhy Join Us:You'll be part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and building complex Heat Exchangers that power essential systems across the country.
