Our practice is based in Lancaster, PA, and we are committed to improving the well-being of our local community.Role DescriptionThis is an entry-level, part-time hybrid role combining front desk responsibilities with light clinical support. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients while also assisting with patient flow and basic exam preparation. In this role, you will assist the chiropractor in patient care, manage appointment scheduling, perform receptionist duties, and provide outstanding customer service. Other responsibilities include maintaining patient records, answering phone inquiries, and ensuring the office environment remains organized and professional.ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in patients in a professional and friendly mannerManage patient check-out, including scheduling follow-up appointmentsAnswer and direct phone calls; provide accurate information to patientsSchedule and maintain an organized daily appointment calendarProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsAssist with preparing patients for exams and support the chiropractor as neededMaintain and organize patient files and documentationMonitor office supplies and notify management when restocking is neededQualifications:Strong Interpersonal Skills and experience in Customer ServiceProficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist DutiesExperience with Appointment Scheduling and managing patient recordsAbility to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all patientsWillingness to learn and adapt to office procedures and any specialized software or systemsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or experience in healthcare administration is a plus but not requiredWhat We OfferSupportive and friendly work environmentConsistent part-time scheduleOpportunity to learn and grow in a healthcare settingPayStarting $16/hour, based on experience.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a brief message about why you’d be a good fit for this role.We’re looking for someone dependable, personable, and ready to be an important part of our patient experience.
