Full Stack Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC(Hybrid)Job Type: Full-TimeNo C2CKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, .NET, or Python.Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and release processes.Monitor application health and resolve production issues in a timely manner.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of software development experience.Strong proficiency in Java, .NET (C#/.NET Core), or Python.Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.Experience developing microservices and REST APIs.Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.Experience with Git and modern version control systems.Understanding of software development best practices, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
