Senior Program ManagerLocation: San Francisco, CA, in-officeCompensation: $140,000 – $150,000 + bonus potentialCompany: Cargomatic, Inc.About CargomaticCargomatic is a rapidly growing technology company disrupting the local trucking industryWe are the #1 digital marketplace powering world-class, local truckingLocal trucking is the backbone of every regional economy, yet this $82 billion industry still relies heavily on manual and outdated processesCargomatic is transforming how goods move at every local node in the supply chain by connecting shippers and commercial drivers through modern technologyWe solve complex, real-world problems every day, bringing transparency, efficiency, and reliability to logisticsRole OverviewLead high-impact, cross-functional programs focused on end-to-end software delivery executionOwn release lifecycle management and the rollout of new platform capabilitiesDrive business-critical outcomes across Product, Engineering, Operations, and key stakeholder groupsBring structure to complex initiatives and strengthen launch readinessEnsure new capabilities are successfully adopted in a fast-moving, ambiguous environmentThis role is based in the San Francisco marketWhat You’ll DoOwn and drive end-to-end program execution across the full software development lifecycle, including intake, planning, delivery, launch, adoption, and post-release learningLead release lifecycle management including release calendars, readiness reviews, go/no-go frameworks, dependency tracking, and post-release validationDrive implementation and rollout of new platform capabilities through pilots, phased launches, enablement plans, and operational readinessEstablish and maintain program governance through milestones, operating cadences, dashboards, and executive-level status reportingIdentify risks, blockers, and trade-offs early, escalating with clear and actionable recommendationsTrack and continuously improve delivery, quality, and adoption outcomes using measurable metricsWhat We’re Looking For6–10+ years of program management experience in product-driven or technology-focused environmentsStrong experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Finance, and OperationsDeep understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern delivery practices including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and release planningProven experience rolling out new capabilities with a focus on operational readiness and adoptionExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authorityBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experienceNice to HaveExperience managing multi-team release trains and formal launch governanceFamiliarity with delivery and quality metrics such as cycle time, defect escape rate, and rollback rateExperience in SaaS platforms, logistics, supply chain, marketplaces, or other operationally complex systemsPMP, PgMP, Scrum Master certification, or equivalent experienceBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchFlexible paid time off and paid holidaysOpportunity to join a high-growth company redefining logistics and supply chain technology
