Project Assistant

Description We are looking for a dependable Project Assistant to support on-site marketing and promotional activities in Rockland and Orange County, New York. This is a 2-3 day project suited for someone who presents themselves clearly, communicates clearly, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to represent the team positively while handling day-to-day project support tasks. Responsibilities Capture and submit clear job-site photos using mobile text messaging and cloud-based file-sharing applications. Maintain a neat and detail-oriented appearance while representing the company at assigned locations and events. Travel reliably to project sites and complete scheduled assignments without disruption. Communicate updates, questions, and project status information promptly through written and verbal channels. Provide courteous, patient, and positive support when interacting with clients, team members, and the public. Assist with on-site coordination and general project activities to help ensure each assignment runs smoothly Requirements - Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable manner. Ability to use a smartphone to send images and share files through mobile apps such as Dropbox. Consistent access to dependable transportation for travel throughout the full assignment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented presentation and adherence to workplace-appropriate dress standards. Positive attitude with the ability to remain friendly, patient, and composed in public-facing settings.
