With a strong team-oriented culture and stable operations, they offer a collaborative environment where accounting professionals can contribute to streamlined processes and overall business success.Accounts Receivable Specialist ResponsibilitiesProcess customer invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and billing detailsThe AR Specialist will post cash receipts, including checks, ACH, and wire paymentsReconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepanciesMonitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely collectionsThe AR Specialist will communicate with customers regarding billing questions, payment status, and account issuesApply cash and resolve unapplied payments or short paysAssist with month-end close, including AR reporting and reconciliationsThe AR Specialist will maintain accurate and organized customer records and documentationRequired Skills & Qualifications for AR Specialist Role2+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentExperience with NetSuite is preferredStrong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsEducation & ExperienceAssociate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredEquivalent experience will be considered#INMAY2026
