Position SummaryWe are seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong product knowledge, excellent compliance standards, and the ability to deliver a transparent, customer-focused finance experience while maximizing profitability. This role requires a strong balance between sales performance, compliance, lender relationships, and team collaboration. Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Sales PerformancePresent finance, insurance, and protection products in a clear, compliant, and customer-friendly mannerMaximize PVR, product penetration, and backend gross while maintaining high CSIStructure and submit deals to multiple lenders to secure competitive approvalsEnsure accurate and timely funding of all contracts Compliance & DocumentationMaintain strict adherence to state and federal compliance regulationsEnsure all deals are completed accurately, signed correctly, and fully compliantFollow dealership policies, lender guidelines, and audit standardsMaintain proper documentation for cash, finance, and lease contracts Customer ExperienceDeliver a professional, transparent, and pressure-free finance experienceClearly explain terms, rates, products, and options to customersResolve customer questions or concerns related to financing or contracts Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, and AccountingCommunicate effectively with lenders and vendor partnersMaintain accurate deal logs and daily/monthly performance reportingParticipate in training, process improvement, and performance reviews Qualifications & Requirements2+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience requiredProven track record of strong PVR and product penetrationKnowledge of automotive lenders, indirect financing, and credit structuresStrong understanding of compliance, documentation, and funding processesExcellent communication and closing skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentProficiency with dealership systems (DMS, F&I menus, lender portals) Preferred SkillsExperience with digital / remote signing toolsStrong organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detailTeam-oriented mindset with leadership potential Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive commission-based pay planPerformance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time offOngoing training and career advancement opportunities Why Join UsStrong lender relationshipsSupportive leadership and clear expectationsPerformance-driven culture with growth opportunitiesProfessional, compliant, and customer-focused environment How to ApplyIf you are a motivated finance professional looking to make a significant impact, please submit your resume and cover letter to our HR department.
