Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with a Salesforce backgroundto help our clients integrate, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. You willwork closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamlessimplementation and optimization of Data Cloud solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Data Cloud Implementation:o Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions (e.g.,Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, etc.) to meet client requirements.o Collaborate with client teams to gather business requirements and translate theminto technical solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud.o Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with external systems, including third-partyapplications, databases, and other cloud platforms. Data Architecture & Management:o Define and implement data models, structures, and architecture best practiceswithin Salesforce Data Cloud.o Ensure that data flows between systems are streamlined, accurate, and efficient.o Manage data security, governance, and compliance within Salesforce Data Cloud. Client Engagement:o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical guidance on Data Cloudimplementation and strategy.o Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and presentations to ensure properunderstanding and adoption of solutions.o Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any data-relatedissues. Collaboration:o Work closely with internal technical teams (e.g., developers, architects, businessanalysts) to ensure successful implementation and timely delivery of Data Cloudsolutions.o Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and client meetings to drive projectsforward. Continuous Improvement:o Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features, updates, andindustry trends.o Recommend enhancements to improve the performance and scalability of theData Cloud implementation.Qualifications: Salesforce Expertise:o Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as SalesforceCDP) or related Salesforce products.o Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, tools, and integrations.o Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Data Architect or similarcredentials are a plus. Data Cloud & Cloud Solutions:o In-depth experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau,AWS, Azure).o Strong background in data integration, data management, and data modeling.o Proficiency in using APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines for data movementbetween cloud applications. Technical Skills:8-10 years Experience candidate.( 5 Days a Week)o Experience with SQL, Python, and other programming/scripting languages fordata transformation and automation.o Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Project Management & Communication:o Strong communication skills to work with clients and technical teams, explainingcomplex concepts clearly.o Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence) is preferred. Problem Solving:o Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical challenges inData Cloud environments.Preferred Experience: 8+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud or similar Salesforcesolutions. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus. Previous experience in data architecture, ETL pipelines, and working with large datasets.
