Role: Mechanical Engineer (CPG / FMCG)Experience Level: 5–8 YearsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in the CPG / FMCG / Chemical manufacturing industry to support engineering, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, equipment reliability, process optimization, and project execution within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.5–8 years of relevant industry experience in CPG, FMCG, or Chemical manufacturing environments.Strong technical foundation in engineering design, equipment commissioning, maintenance, or plant operations engineering.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical and operational issues.Proven track record of delivering engineering improvements that enhance productivity, efficiency, safety, and reliability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative engineering solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a dynamic production environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with manufacturing equipment, utilities, packaging lines, conveyors, pumps, HVAC, or process systems.Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or Root Cause Analysis.Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards applicable to manufacturing operations.
