Job DescriptionThe Squires Group is seeking a Core HR / Compensation Functional Lead for a large-scale transformational HCM and Compensation modernization effort for a government organization. This role offers the chance to shape how HR and compensation processes are built from the ground up—while contributing to a program that prioritizes stability, scalability, and employee experience.The work is primarily remote, with 30%-50% travel to the Pacific Northwest.
