Additionally, they will coordinate with all field-based employees (Medical Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, Brand Manager, etc.) to effectively drive promoted product(s) to Dermatologists within a designated geography.This full-time position includes base salary, strong incentive plan, excellent benefits package, paid time off, comprehensive training, fleet vehicle, full expense account privileges, and special recognition for top performers.Reports directly to the Regional Sales ManagerMust demonstrate high level of integrity and accountabilityAbility to build strong professional relationships; establish credibility and rapport with both internal and external customersResponsible for the understanding and utilization of sales reports and forecastsAbility to implement and execute key marketing strategiesResponsible for timely call reporting tasksResponsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goalsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills are requiredAbility to travel and work outside of the parameters of 8am to 5pm, as well as attend both corporate and medical conventions when required, which includes some weekendsTravel outside of base territory for company meetings as neededAbility to manage various resources, including the ability to lift and handle packages up to 30 lbs.Responsible for managing a storage unit and large quantities of samples.At Beiersdorf, we value diversity and aim to provide equal opportunities to all of our applicants regardless of e.g. gender, sexual identity, nationality, ethnicity, religion or ideology, disability or age.
