Position: Technical Support Engineer - VERICUT
Hours: Full time
Location: Remote, USA
Summary
The Technical Support Engineer works with clients and colleagues to provide direct technical support for CGTech software applications.
Responsibilities
Support customers in optimizing the benefits of their software investment;
Provide comprehensive help desk services;
Conduct both internal and external training sessions;
Deliver an excellent customer experience;
Other project as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or in the related field;
Relevant experience in CNC Manufacturing;
3-6 years of experience in 5 axes CNC programming.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in CAD/CAM programming with an emphasis on 5-axes CAM expertise and maintaining tooling. fixtures, setup, part modeling, and assembly;
Experience and knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, and other CNC controls;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
Team player and self-starter;
Strong project management.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent experience with VERICUT;
Turning and Mill-Turn experience;
