Gem State Staffing is now hiring for multiple full-time Production Laborer positions at a local cheese and dairy processing plant in Gooding and Richfield, Idaho. These are temp-to-hire roles with long-term career potential, steady hours, and opportunities for bonuses. Gooding Positions & Pay: Cheese Packager: Day Shift: $19.00/hr. OR Night Shift: $19.50/hr. Cheese Warehouse Operator: - Day Shift $18.00/hr. or Night Shift $19.50/hour Powder Blend Operator: Day Shift: $18.00/hr. OR Night Shift $19.50/hr. Whey Packager: Day Shift $19.00/hr. OR Night Shift $20.50/hr. Warehouse B Operator: Night Shift $19.50/hr. Whey Robot: Night Shift $19.50/hr. Freeze Dryer/Sterile Filter Operator: Day Shift $17.00/hour or Night Shift $18.50/hour Whey Cleaner – Day Shift $17.00/hour (hot environment and many stairs) Dryer Operator: Day shift - $19.00/ hour or Night shift $20.50/hour (hot environment and many stairs) Agglomeration Operator: Day Shift $18.00/hour; Night Shift $19.50/hour Key Responsibilities: Sanitize equipment and maintain hygiene standards Operate towers and cheese processing machinery Package cheese (up to 50 lbs) and re-bag as needed Conduct inventory checks and track production output Break down equipment for cleaning (CIP) Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Assist with general labor and sanitation tasks Qualifications: Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Stand for 12-hour shifts Comfortable working in warm or cold conditions Must pass adrug screen and background check No felony convictions in the past 10 years Previous food manufacturing experience preferred, not required Must be flexible for overtime, rotating weekends, and holidays Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day or Night available) Rotating schedules (Front & Back of Week options) Overtime and weekends as needed How to apply: You can submit an application online at https://www.gemstatestaffingjobs.net/apply-online/twinfalls/ We have open Interviews done daily, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm at 628 Main Ave. North, Twin Falls, ID 83301.
