The Facilities Operations Intern will support operations at Trideum's Huntsville Headquarters and assist with a variety of facility, administrative, and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position will work closely with the Facilities Supervisor and collaborate with other business operations departments to help ensure efficient daily office functions and workplace readiness.The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, professional, and comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, vendors, and customers. This role is well suited for individuals interested in facilities management, office operations, business administration, or corporate support functions.What You’ll DoAssist with daily facility operations and office support activitiesEscort vendors, maintenance personnel, and visitors throughout secured spaces as neededProvide backup coverage for the front desk during breaks, meetings, or absencesAssist with office setup, furniture movement coordination, and workspace readiness activitiesSupport conference room and common area organization and upkeepHelp coordinate deliveries, packages, mail, and supply distributionAssist with administrative tasks including data entry and inventory trackingSupport Facilities and other Business Operations teams with tasks as neededMonitor and report facility-related issues, maintenance concerns, or safety observationsAssist with special projects, office events, employee moves, and facility improvement initiativesMaintain professionalism and confidentiality while working within a corporate office environmentPerform other duties as assigned in support of FacilitiesRequirements And QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCurrently enrolled in a college, university, or technical program preferredPrevious customer service, office support, administrative, or facilities-related experience preferred, but not requiredInternship, volunteer, campus involvement, or part-time work experience is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional and dependable work ethicOrganized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and adapt to changing prioritiesComfortable working in a professional office environmentBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentialityAbility to lift and move light office items or supplies as neededU.S. CitizenshipWe Take Care of Our PeopleWhether You’re Looking To Launch a New Career Or Grow An Existing One, Trideum Is The Type Of Company Where You Can Balance Great Work With Great Life Because We Believe That Taking Care Of Our People Is The Right Thing To Do.
