Catering Servers are expected to be attentive to our guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.Follow the Legends Service StandardsGreet guests within 1 minute of them arriving to their seatsTake beverage order within 2 minutes of arrivalProperly ring in items into the Point of Sales systemDeliver beverages within 5 minutes after placing orderSuggest menu items and take orderDeliver food order in a timely mannerConduct 2 minute / 2 bite check backPractices table maintenanceCheck back for additional drink orderDeliver bill and collects payment in a timely mannerPerform all opening, closing and side work duties as assignedMust be knowledgeable of food and beverage items offered in their assigned locationFollow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standardsAdhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelinesOther duties as assignedRequirementsAbility to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting.Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certificationsDemonstrates excellent guest service skillsMust have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of timeRequires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25lbsMust be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests.Must have two(2) to three(3) years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurantMust be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF gamesPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
