Description Position at The Oncology Service- Richmond The Oncology Service (TOS) is hiring a full-time Client Care Specialist (Veterinary Receptionist) for our Richmond, VA hospital. About the Role: As a Client Care Specialist in our Radiation Oncology department, you'll be a vital part of the hospital team. This position goes far beyond front-desk support-you'll help create a welcoming experience for clients, support veterinarians and technicians, and play an important role in keeping patient care running smoothly. You'll often be the first impression of our hospital, so we're looking for someone who brings empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills to every interaction.
