Job Description Customer Care Representative/ Order Processing RepresentativeThe following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.Summary:Our company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to receive inbound sales call, process order, and handle customer issues; in a professional manner as they arise. This position would also assist with light office work on occasion. This is a full-time position in time.Job Duties:· Receives and places inbound sales calls or online orders· Answers customer questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner· Places orders on the computer and leaves notes relating to customer when needed· Develops a positive line of communication with customers and leadership· Handles problems regarding shipping, damaged goods, incorrect shipping addresses, and orders accordingly with department manager· Answers basic customer questions related to products· Transfers specific customer request calls to the appropriate person or department· Applies company policies and procedures consistently by correctly identifying problems and determining correct solutions· Perform a variety of office task like scanning and filing· On occasion work with other departments when needed· On occasion operate a multiline switch boardMinimum Qualifications:· Ability to work independently and professionally· Keyboarding and computer skills· Ability to analyze problems· Ability to work under stress· Ability to perform the xhyhwjd essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy· Ability to handle confidential information· 10 key by touch· Team player· 1 year of customer service experiencePreferred Qualifications:· Ability to read, write, and speak both Spanish and EnglishCompensation & Benefits:· Wage $12-$16/hr DOE· Medical Benefits· Dental Benefits· Paid Time Off· Holiday Schedule· 401k
