We specialize in sourcing, vetting, and placing high-performing remote professionals.  Role Snapshot Location: LATAM - Remote Schedule: Full-time | 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET Type: Independent Contractor  Position Summary We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and operational muscle to help us level up. You’ll coordinate with the people we support, manage communication and compliance, drive follow-up, keep internal functions aligned and most importantly, keep the senior officials on track with priorities, commitments, and deadlines. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment where you’re expected to take ownership, this is the role.  Responsibilities  Mindset & Ownership You don’t “manage projects,” you run the operation. If something’s stuck, you find a way. If someone is slow, you light a fire. You chase clarity until there’s none left to chase. When you say something will be done in 2 hours, the universe adjusts. You’re not a middleman — you’re the muscle behind the promise.  Workflow Mastery  Asana Genius: Build systems, not just boards. Assign, automate, report, and refine until the whole team runs like clockwork. Create and enforce project templates, recurring task systems, and reporting dashboards. Keep every deliverable in Asana tagged, tracked, and timestamped — no orphaned tasks, no “who’s doing this?” moments. Audit Asana daily, update statuses, chase missing data, and close loops.  Command & Control Run daily 10-minute huddles: who’s doing what, what’s due, what’s in the way. Post a daily status roundup (moving, stuck, waiting). Lead with confidence in every thread — clients feel safer when you’re in it. Coordinate creative, copy, and client communication like an orchestra — everyone hits on cue.    Client Trust & Care Respond within 2 hours to every message. Always. Clients should never wonder what’s happening — you tell them before they ask. Send weekly check-ins with a clean summary: what’s done, what’s next, what’s pending. Proof every outgoing file, rename every attachment. No surprises — if a deadline moves, you communicate it early and clearly.    Continuous Evolution Measure how long projects take, where they jam, and how to make them smoother. Suggest better systems — from email templates to reporting tools. Keep running a “Lessons Learned” doc for Monday meetings. Elevate everyone around you — when you’re in charge, the team levels up.   Requirements (Must-Have) 5 years of experience in operation management (Semi-Senior level). Experience working in Operations or cross-functional project environments. Strong communication skills (written + verbal) Highly organized with tight follow-through and deadline discipline. Comfortable holding leadership accountable in a clear, professional way. Tech-savvy spreadsheets, CRMs, and general administrative tools. Comfortable working full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Asana or equivalent project management platforms. Spreadsheet management. Technical literacy with automation tools and workflow systems. Ability to track project progress, manage documentation, and follow structured processes. Competency using productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).   Technical Skills (Required) Proficiency with Asana or equivalent project management platforms. Spreadsheet management. Technical literacy with automation tools and workflow systems. Ability to track project progress, manage documentation, and follow structured processes. Competency using productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).   Tools & Systems Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive) Time tracking: Hubstaff  Internal systems: Asana, Click Up  Why Join? Competitive pay in USD. 100% remote — work from home or anywhere. Flexible time-off. Work with an international team. Learning opportunities. Be a member of an elite group of top talent.
