Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and outgoing Marketing Coordinator to lead and support our marketing department. This role is responsible for managing the marketing team, overseeing all social media platforms, coordinating events from planning through execution, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven background in marketing, and the ability to improve processes and drive successful campaigns.
Responsibilities
Lead, support, and coordinate the daily activities of the marketing team.
Manage all social media platforms, including planning, content creation, posting schedules, engagement, and performance tracking.
Plan, coordinate, and execute firm events from beginning to end (vendor coordination, logistics, promotion, setup, on-site support, and post-event follow-up).
Develop creative ideas and strategies to improve marketing performance, brand awareness, and community outreach.
Oversee content calendars, campaigns, and branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels.
Monitor insights and analytics for social media, events, and campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Assist with the development of promotional materials, flyers, videos, and graphics.
Maintain strong organization of marketing files, schedules, and department processes.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience (social media, content creation, event coordination, or marketing strategy).
Experience supervising or guiding a team is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, etc.).
Experience with content creation and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe).
Ability to plan and coordinate events from beginning to end.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to improve marketing efforts.
Must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish) — reading, writing, and speaking.
Valid driver’s license required.
Reliable transportation required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
